All Libraro works are shipped from Japan.
Each piece is carefully packed for international delivery. As Libraro’s works are delicate 1/12 scale wooden miniature furniture pieces, they are packed with care to help protect them during transit.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service, such as EMS or another suitable international delivery method.
Available shipping methods and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country, package size, and weight. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout when available.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship works are usually dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
If additional time is needed for packing or shipping preparation, we will contact you.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, postal conditions, and other circumstances.
International delivery may take longer than usual due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Libraro is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged after the order has been shipped.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documents.
For orders shipped to the United States by EMS, current postal shipping requirements may require certain customs duties and related processing fees to be prepaid by the sender before shipment.
Because of this, U.S. shipping rates may be higher than shipping rates for some other destinations.
When such prepayment is required, the related cost is included in the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Libraro is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Damaged Packages
Each piece is inspected and carefully packed before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging materials, and outer box.
Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
