Refund policy

Except where cancellation or return rights apply under applicable consumer law, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind due to the delicate and individually handcrafted nature of Libraro’s works.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of Libraro’s works, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for reasons such as:

- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Differences in wood grain, color, or natural material appearance
- Minor variations caused by handcrafting and hand-finishing
- The item appearing different from expected in size, color, or texture
- Damage caused by handling, dropping, impact, outdoor use, improper storage, or frequent movement after delivery

Each piece is photographed and inspected before shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipment or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Each piece is inspected and carefully packed before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging materials
- Clear photos of the outer shipping box

Please keep all packaging materials and the outer box until the issue has been reviewed.

After reviewing the information, Libraro will determine the appropriate response. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement if available, partial refund, or refund.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that payment providers and banks may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other fees charged by the destination country are generally non-refundable.

Repairs

Repair may be possible depending on the condition of the piece, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Damage caused by impact, dropping, outdoor use, frequent handling, improper storage, or customer handling may not be eligible for free repair.

If repair is possible, repair fees and shipping costs may apply.
