Libraro creates 1/12 scale wooden miniature furniture intended for display, collection, and quiet appreciation.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colors, wood grain, texture, and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of wood.
Each piece is individually handcrafted in small quantities. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and subtle differences in hand-finishing may occur.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased by you will be exactly the same as depicted in our online store.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Libraro reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Libraro confirms acceptance.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Libraro may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Your purchases are subject to return, exchange, cancellation, or refund solely in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All Libraro works are shipped from Japan.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, weather, or events outside our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs documents.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please keep all packaging materials and the outer shipping box until the issue has been reviewed.
